EU2016.nl will use personal data only for the purposes for which you have submitted it. So, for instance, if you have entered your name and address on a form to receive a brochure, EU2016.nl will not use this information to send you other brochures as well, unless you indicated this when you completed the form.
The data can, however, be used for criminal investigations. For instance, if offences are committed via the website or if the website is used for communications which constitute an offence.
Central government does not keep personal details for any longer than is necessary for the purpose for which they were submitted.
